Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to both our After School Workshops and Holiday Workshops and are designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all.

HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS

Payment

  • Payment must be made at least 5 days prior to the class.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

Unpaid Bookings

  • If payment isn’t received on time, your booking will be moved to the Waiting List and offered to the next person.

Unable to Attend

Credits Only Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for holiday workshop changes or cancellations.

  • If you notify us of changes or cancellations at least 5 days in advance, a credit will be issued for use within 12 months.

  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

  • Holiday workshops require a minimum of 6 children to proceed.

  • If a class is cancelled due to low enrolment, you’ll be notified at least 2 days in advance and issued a credit.

Class Ratios

  • Maximum of 13 children per class with one educator.

AFTER SCHOOL WORKSHOPS

Term Bookings

  • Classes begin in Week 2 of each school term (unless otherwise stated).

  • Full payment is required before the programme begins.

  • Weekly payment arrangements are not available.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Payment needs to clear at least 5 days prior to the term start date.

  • We operate on teacher only days as normal.

Class Ratios

  • Maximum of 13 children per class with one educator (13:1 ratio).

Missed Classes

  • If your child is unable to attend, please text your educator directly.

  • Missed classes cannot be made up, refunded, or credited.

Credits Only Policy

  • Once the term begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • If your child is no longer able to attend and we are notified at least 7 days prior to the term start date, a credit can be applied to your account.

  • Credits are valid for a future booking within 12 months and are non-transferable.

Class Cancellations

  • If a class is cancelled due to external circumstances (e.g. venue closure), a make-up class will be provided in person or online.

  • If an educator is sick or isolating, a replacement will be arranged or a make-up class scheduled.

Low Enrolment

  • A minimum of 6 children is required for a class to proceed.

  • Booking numbers are reviewed 3 days before the first class. If low, the start may be postponed by one week.

  • If the class is cancelled after this review, a credit will be issued for the postponed session.

BEHAVIOUR POLICY

Our workshops are for children who are enthusiastic about art and can focus for several hours (with breaks).

If a child is disengaged or disrupting the environment, we may contact you to pick them up early.

In this case, a refund for the unused portion of the session may be offered.

RISK & SAFETY

  • Each venue has a current risk assessment, available upon request.

  • All educators are police vetted and trained to manage venue-specific risks.

  • Children are supervised at all times, and you will be contacted immediately in the event of an incident.

  • You may receive emails from us with updates, tips, and early access to workshops.

  • Your information will never be shared with third parties.
